Apartment is owned by a family who lives next door; very nice daughter and mother and helpful. Very clean apartment. Location excellent; 15 min walk to old town and Port of Gruz, different kind of swimming places near and beach in Lapad accessible by bus. Good bus connections anywhere. Working air condition in the apartment and washing machine were super things! :).
Great location - closest beach is just 2-5 min walk. Old town is ~15-ish min walk, port&main bus station - 15-20 min walk. The apartment is located in geographical centre of Dubrovnik, therefore any place can be accessed easily by foot, which is handy for walkers^ The room was well-prepared for guests, with all the supplies ready/everything clean etc.όλα τα σχόλια »
Nice clean apartment with everything you need, we wished we've found that washing machine earlier in the trip! The owner is very friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. The apartment is 15 minutes by foot from the old town, and if you get the Dubrovnik card you'll get access to the buses that head that way.
Very warm welcome from the owner (who speaks only Croatian and a little bit German but her children speak English).
The apartment is perfectly located (15 mn from the old town, 5mn from a nice beach), in a quiet street. It has air conditionner, it is full equiped and above all, has a very enjoyable balcony.
Vukoja apartment is in a good location, around 10 minutes walk to Old town. Also this apartment is very clean.

To us was ok, but if somebody has difficulties in walking/carrying heavy things, apartment is in 4th floor and no lift available.

There is a problem with parking. Some times it's unreal to find parking space close to Vukoja apartment and you need to be very carefully where you parking a car.
apt ok - only complaint was 5th floor and stairs.
