wellness area - Airy spacious modern hotel. Food/drink inclusive and of a high standard - everything fresh and well presented. Wine/beer are local brands and perfectly acceptable. Everything is brilliant about this place: right in the heart of the city with a view to the ancient Forum, staff really friendly and helpful, dorms have large beds with a decor that gives you privacy with big lockers and ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet room separately. Decoration is modern and colorful and common areas are big though cozy. They have a common fridge and microwave in this common eating area on each floor, but a well equipped kitchen would be great. The apartment was clean and well-furnished with many thoughts given to guest comfort. The hosts offered to both meet us at the airport and return us to the airport at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. We were close to the beach and to markets where we could buy food to cook at home or bring on picnics. Truly an excellent value for the money! -

The Batur family was quiet helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was clean and well kept. Bus stop is nearby - 5-10 mins walk. A further 10-15 mins bus ride to the old city. Bus is also frequent. a local shop is nearby. lot of restuarants nearby to spend a nice lovely evening. Locality was nice. Overall a good experience

Great location. The hotel offers more than enough free parking and
it's only a 10 min walk from the city center (old town) and the sea
organ which can't be missed. A beach is with-in 200 yards of the
back of the hotel and the rooms are very clean and modern and very

We chose Zadar as a stopping point and rest stop party geographical
convenience traveling from Ljubljana to Kotor. We enjoyed the night and

Extremely comfortable apartment situated close to all the major sights of Zadar and the cafés and restaurants. The apartment owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Towels are changed regularly, more or less on a daily basis and they even provided us with champagne glasses for our sparkling wine when they noticed the plastic glasses we were using! Great room in a perfect location. Very close to everything you need in Zadar. We especially liked the apartment/suite kitchenette and proximity to the fresh market, which helped us enjoy fresh figs and grapes, homemade olive oil and great Pag cheese for very little money. Just find a good bottle of wine and enjoy the sunsets and views. Overall,

I stayed here 4 nights with my elderly mother. We had a very relaxing time. It is a lovely location at the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Nice couple who own the apartments. Very close to bakery and good mini market while a larger food shop is only a ten minute stroll down to the marina - wines come in 1 litre bottles ! A bus service 5 and 8 runs on a circular route by the apartment - 10 kuna - £1 from outside the bus station where there is an airport connection - 25 kuna. Use the c

Accommodation was as we expected it to be from description and reviews. Perfectly fit for purpose. No problems about checking in early. Plenty of off street parking. Helpful owner. As previous reviewers have said, the walk into town was a very pleasant 20 minute stroll. Lots of restaurants on the same street as the apartments within 10 minutes walk. About double that to get the sea view whilst eating.
