  Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Friendly helpful staff Brilliant location in the heart of the old city - many top historic sites close by & a great experience staying in the Hutong area where pretty much everything happens out in those lanes!   The location is excellent, close to Forbidden City .Tiananmen Square and short walk go to a beautiful Jingshan park. Close to the Beihai Park and bar street. Not a big hotel but practically characteristic, fresh supply of towels and beddings everyday. For the price of the hotel I think this is a value. Helpful staff - we arrived at 8 in the morning and still got a room immediately (it was cleaned quickly for us to move in). I also liked the hotel design with the open courtyard. The rooms were bright and the use of glass made the hotel seem very open and friendly.
