Staff was outstanding to handle my requests e.g. Concierge helped me to reschedule my flight and organised my clubbing arrangements in Beijing, also I used the meeting room complementary. It was my first business trip in Beijing and the trip was a great success thanks to Intercontinental. -
Service is very good. What I appreciate most is although
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the hotel itself is a international hotel but the staffs here make you feel like just at home without keeping a long distance from customers. Myself love business district so I am satisfied with the location.

The clerks serve very passionatly, Which makes me feel at home. The room is quite clean with good sanitation. Their English service clerk gave me a lot of help. - The location in an old hutong area and very, very friendly staff

Satff are friendly, can speak understandable english, room was excilent,
service was also good, although used taxi most of time but still just
next to tube helps a lot. Free parking. -
