Everything! Four seasons Guangzhou is just perfect, the staff is
amazing, they do their best always for you to be like if you were at
your home, rooms are very very nice, clean, they change the fruits
everyday for you, the rooms are very big, perfect bathroom, they are
all very high so excelent view! And the must is the bed!! Just

Very cool hotel! Great design, very comfortable, lovely staff, good restaurants, very good spa and facilities (gym and swimming pool). Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. The breakfast is also very good and varied. - Very convenie

I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair.
Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.

Hotel staff were attentive. Rooms were clean. I can say its the best and most respectable hotel in Guangzhou. Shopping malls nearby, good Italian and Turkish restaurants 10 mins away. I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status. Loved every minute of it and cant wait to re-visit. -

I loved the room. Balcony and view was nice. The pool, the lounge and
wifi area was great. The staff was incredible...and to be honest, being
a BlackMan in Mainland China, I normally get stares that can be a bit

Business room river view is just great ... spacious, well equipped, big bathroom with separate shower - wc cabines, nice view on the river ...
Don't forget to try the little restaurant on the opposite pavement for homemade noodles and dumplings ... it's opened till 1 am.
