  I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair. Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.   I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status.   very good location, close to the fair - They knew it was my birthday and sent me a card! The chocolates, newspaper, free welcome drink... the small little things were nice touches. Outdoor swimming pool was lovely. Steam room worked well.
