The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York. Staff was bilingual and very helpful. Also found the afternoon tea time a nice extra. -

Everything, great service, great upmarket location, the hop on hop off bus was just around the corner. This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

The location is excellent, just off Avenida Providencia. There is a park entrance for hiking at the Parque Metropolitano just down Juan de Valdivia. I stayed in the apartments across the road from the actual hotel - it was spacious, very clean, every comfort that the hotel had available was provided in the apartment and the service was great. The location was incredibly convenient and there were so many restaurants / shops etc around I did not have to go far if I wanted something.
The breakfast was really good with quality food and variety.
This was the best accommodation I had in all of South America - very modern, everything in the apart

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
