Quiet. Clean. Close to waterfront. The location was great. You could walk to everywhere from there. This was a timeshare complex owned by Vacation Internationale. I would not stay here again knowing that. We seemed to be the only non-timeshare guests. Other than myself and my significant other, everyone staying at this "B&B" were 65+. I didn't like that they tried to say I had to pay 13.00 per day per person for breakfast when it came with my room. Also the staff was not friendly at all. They made you feel like they were doing you a favor to help.
