We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The beds and the jacuzzi tubs in each room are AMAZING!!! -

First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! -
Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

The location is wonderful. We very much liked our one bedroom cabin; it had everything we needed and more. There is a little store right at the motel which is convenient. The price was very reasonable and we would stay again. -

The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The staff are courteous and helpful, and food was delivered on time, hot, and delicious. -

The honeymoon suite and similar oceanfront suites are superb...spacious, warm, inviting, inspiring, romantic, tranquil. The food preparation is exquisite with a generous menu variety. The wonderfully groomed landscape and gardens are a very special part of why we choose to return, as is the ocean vistas. Every room at the resort has an ocean view.

Located on the edge of the Pacific Ocean, this Lodge is beautifully appointed. One feels both close to nature, while also having luxurious accommodations. The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.
Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too.
The breakfasts were very good and free wi- fi was welcome. In terms of location, it was perfect - we went into Tofino for whale watching and up to Wi

The thing that impressed me the most was how well the front desk people handled a rather difficult customer, as I waited to be served. All other staff that I encountered were very accommodating and helpful. The facilities and setting were also impressive. Thanks for a great stay. I hope to revisit with my wife. -
The seaside setting is lovely, and Painter's has activity packages
which take full advantage of the natural resources which surround it.
Taking the shuttle over to April Point on Quadra Island is a fun option
- and yes, cruise-ships, tugs with their barges, fishing boats and
pleasure craft all add to the charm.

fabulous. They have free boat transportation to and from Painter's
Lodge(their sister property), We were very satisfied. -

We loved the locations, the panoramic view from our kitchen and living room, main floor walk out, everything we needed was supplied. - next to a provinical park where there were many eagles
- outside you could see seals frolicking in the ocean

We had asked for a ground floor room which was not available but as the hotel had an elevator that wasn't a problem. Nevertheless the hotel upgraded our room for us which was finished to a very high standard. It had high ceilings and a kitchen area and very modern bathroom. Sorry we were only staying one night. -

had everything we needed or could even imagine for spa services, yet had games and badminton to amuse my daughter too. Everything was available and if not, it was instantly remedied. (propane tank was empty and was exchanged promptly) -
The cabins were well equipped with everything we needed. The mineral springs-fed jacuzzi bath was a nice luxury
