  Fabulous service. Attentive and helpful staff! When dessert I ordered to take to my room took longer than expected, they offered and brought it to my room! The General Manager was fabulous and introduced herself and chatted. This is a superior hotel!!! It added as much pleasure to my trip as the trip itself. Had to get extra set of towels and... τι λέει ο κόσμος » they them remembered that number every day and I never had to ask again. When we came back to the states and I was stuck in hotels with pitiful servi - It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

  Everything. The staff was amazing, the hotel was beatuiful, immaculate, perfectly located. The room was huge and I could not believe the value for what we paid. I wish there was a Hotel du Fort in every city! I have literally never encountered a nicer staff. It was easy to get to from the airport and was very close to downtown. We walked everywhere from the hotel and found the staff very helpful when we asked for directions. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked really good and there were lots of places around the hotel if you wanted something smaller.

  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night.   The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.
