The design of this accommodation was great.
We travelled with an adult child and his partner so the bedrooms separated by bathroom and kitchen area was ideal. Everything required was supplied and included some cereal and energy bars. A nice touch was brewed coffee supplied in the office area each morning. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » staff;. We stayed in the lodge on 2nd floor. Lovely view from balcony. Separate bedroom, kitchen, coich, fireplace. We loved it and highly recommend it. 2 minute drive to Lake Louise.
Stayed 2 nights but next time plan to stay a week.

James (the manager) was amazing and very helpful! He was very
knowledgable about where to get a quick lunch and where to hike. The
food at their restaurant was top notch and very delicious! We ate there
two nights! Breakfast was great and had all the basics to start your day

The dinner we had at the lodge was excellent...very different and interesing combinations. The included breakfast was equally yummy with lots of choices.
The room was very comfortable and sitting out on the verandah in the comfy chairs was so relaxing and peaceful.
Loved the location along the river and away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted on this trip. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » m the front desk about an hour after I checked in to see if there was anything I needed, it was a nice touch. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up.
Liked that they used LED pot lights.
The breakfast was continental plus - great selection.

The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception
staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of
construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or
request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear
of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was
with a smile.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff
treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

Gem in the forest! My family is 5 people with 1 infant travelling from
Thailand for 10days in Canada. This is the most impressive hotel we stay
in Canada because of its style & location! Unlike lake louise that
seems to be so popular, Emeral lake is a gem in Banff that we mostly
recommended. Even it's 1hr from Lake Louise, it's worth
visiting!

The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.
