Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. Wonderful and accomodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, many amenities and enjoyable features. Loved the library!! - we really enjoyed having the use of the mineral pool and the hot tub,very relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Edmonton Queen visible from our room. The Confederation Bar was a great place to see 3 wedding parties getting pictures taken on the amazingly large
balcony.We got free valet parking because we have a Hybrid vehicle.

Loved the rooms poolside.. I received a tray of fruit and crackers and cheese, this was very nice and unexpected! Made us feel great! The pool was super and the beds so comfortable! -

This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud
Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The

Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!

Loved the setting within the mountains.
Great Skiing. great resturants, spent alot of time in Woody's Taphouse to avoid all the children. we will definitly stay again just not on a long weekend to avoid so many children. -

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff

Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.
And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability

I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.
