The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. Our room had recently been
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » renovated and was really nice. - The location was excellent, certainly what your website stated. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!

The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane.
We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids .

We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too.

The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

The staff members were fantastic. They attended to you whenever requested. The views in the rooms are excellent. The pool and workout room were incredible. It is a very trendy hotel and a great price. The room service was not expensive and was great. - The most beautiful and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is just 7.5 km from downtown Québec City and next door to Laurier Québec. It features 2 on-site restaurants, a gift shop, and an indoor pool.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait.
The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal.
Underground parking was free and secure ( if a tight squeeze for

The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us. -
The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)

When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Air Conditioning was not noisy as other guest was sayi

We liked everything about the hotel except the location. It wasadvertised as being near the town center. Since we are walkers, wethought we would be able to walk to the tourist areas we wanted tovisit. I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. -

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good value. - comfortable beds, a lot of space in the room; easy access to the Old City of Quebec by shuttle 400 ($2 for the whole day) - there is a free parking lot (huge) just next to the shuttle stop, just ask the friendly hotel staff

We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The pool/hot tub/sauna were very clean and enjoyable. -
