  The staff were bilingual and it was easy to communicate in English, even though I wanted to practice my French. It was in a relatively good location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all). The room prices were excellent for the amenities and the rooms seemed... τι λέει ο κόσμος » like they had been recently updated...very nice! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the shower head was large and great for a hot shower aft - Beautifully appointed rooms and amenities. Wonderfully friendly bilingual staff. Across street, market specialising in local produce and products - we went in fall and all the fruits and vegetables were perfect. The local eateries were excellent. The Quebecois, like the French, KNOW how to eat, and they seemed always to ensure that when selling you any product, they gave you all the info you needed to ensure the best experience when eating or drinking it.
