A member of the staff notified my kids and I that there was a fire work show outside, this was a nice experience because we were in the pool at the time.
My kids thought it was very nice of the staff. -

One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Great beds and very spacious. I will stay again for a late arrival into Ottawa as the price was less yet a better hotel than the others that I have stayed at in the past. -

Easy to find and travel around the city from that location. Breakfast was good. Comfortable room for family with older child. -

I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold
Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and
newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

I especially appreciated being able to use the swimming pool at the
Marriot (which was connected to the Inn by a walkway) because their pool
was closed for my four day stay. -
The front staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spacious and very clean. I would stay at the Hampton Inn again

whoever makes the beds needs a raise because I've stayed at alot of hotels and have rarely seen that much work and detail given to making a bed - which really is the heart of a room -

Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast at reasonable price. The hotel was convenient to all of the Winterlude activities. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. -

I had booked with letsbookhotel.com, left my full name on the information yet somehow letsbookhotel.com had my first name as my last name and N/A as my first. Bryan at the front desk couldn't find me in the computer due to this fact and took the time to phone letsbookhotel.com to get what extra

I really enjoyed the king size bed. The room was quiet and clean.
The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.

Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. Spacious & quiet. I had an excellent night's rest. Had been given a room with handicapped facilities which was much appreciated. -
Like the spaciousness of the room, the gym, the breakfast selections. The internet was working very well, this is important for business travellers.

The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Parliament Hill, shopping and restaurants. Cabs were available at the door. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.
Pool was great and the right temp. for swimmin laps.
