The hotel is within walking distance of the Falls. I like the seating area around the pool. The facilities were clean, no mildew smell. Very basic, but adequate for the price. IHOP just across the street as well as other eats places.
The staff were great Heather and Andrea were very helpful and made us feel relaxed and welcome. The hotel was within walking distance to falls and very comfortable. Everything you need is close by.όλα τα σχόλια »
We like the Jacuzzi, and we do not have to pay for parking.
The bed was very comfortable.

On a busy road, so be patient getting in and out of the facility.
no towel bars in bathroom next to shower.
Tour buses from the States were parked there and they were idling for a very long time which was very noisy and unnecessary. I asked the office staff if Niagara Falls had an idling bylaw but they didn't seem to care to ask the bus drivers to turn off the engine. So this is NOT an eco-friendly hotel.
Also there were a lot of drunk people outside making noise at 2:00 - 3:00 am so it was hard to sleep. I thought they should have been told to keep quiet.
