America’s Best Inn and Suites features free Wi-Fi throughout the property. All the guestrooms are heated, air conditioned and enjoy cable TV. Queen Victoria Park and the famous Niagara Falls are both within an 8-minute drive. Fitted with carpeted floors, each comes with a small dining table and coffee maker. An iron, ironing and hairdryer are available upon request. Complimentary local calling and daily maid service are also provided. A tour desk is available on site offering free area maps and various excursions with surcharge. Canada One Factory Outlet is located 800 metres from America’s Best Inn and Suites. It is a 10-minute drive from Casino Niagara and a 15-minuted drive from Niagara Square. Parking is provided on site at no additional charge.

1) The inn owners were very helpful in entertaining requests. 2) The inn location is good, just few steps away from the shuttle bus to Niagra Falls, hence you can save money on parking. There are a few restaurants nearby. The next door Falls Manor restaurant has excellent fried chicken. 3) Price is budget-friendly. Probably because we were there off the tourist season. 4) Room was clean though the common area like corridor needs some cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and eager to please. We were asked many times if we needed anything. Very comfortable rooms. Best Price. Couple of minutes drive to fall. Quite and no sound issues compared to other hotels. The staff was great. Very helpful and always ready to be accommodating. Loved it!!!! For sure we would go back. And the owner's are pleasant. Very accomodating owner/manager, Mr. KT..thanks a lot,. The owners are super nice. good place to stay!!!. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location (near the outlet mall). Bathroom was spacious. Hot water was consistent (unlike another motel). There were ac outlets in the washroom for hair dryer and shaver (unlike the other motel with hot water problems). Nice and comfortable beds and not far from the niagara falls. Price was good for the room. The wireless Internet was sometimes unstable. Bring your own pillows!. It was further away from everything than we usually stay. Should have queen beds in their rooms. I think we ran out of Toilet paper. First when you look at the place, is not eye catching. But that's ok. No cabinet for clothes. Very dated rooms with bad cable tv signal and carpets that could do with a clean. Beds were too soft and the pillows were too high and firm. It felt like they used old clothes to make the pillows. There were no towel racks installed on the walls of the washroom. A small investment in those would go a long way towards customer satisfaction. cold room. wasn't heated when we arrived. cold beds cold bathroom. that was horrible. We froze to death the first night as there was NO heat on when we arrived. Even with the heat on full it was still too cold to take a shower the next morning. By evening the second night the room was comfortable. Temperature outside was -8 C and not much warmer inside.
