The hotel is small and beautifully decorated, with a very friendly
staff. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious. The restaurant is
intimate and nicely laid out. The desk staff gave us wonderful
restaurant suggestions for dinner and dessert, and were a great help
with giving directions. -

In the Latin Quarter which has a great vibe. Accommodation was comfortable, clean, quiet and hotel has a great aesthetic. The host was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely perfect! The rain shower was awesome and the little terrace out onto Saint Denis was exactly what we wanted. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a close walk to Saint Catherine for shopping and many restaurants to choose from just out the front door. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I opted for a bathtub and it was also comfortable with endless amounts of hot water. The toiletries are very good quality and replenished daily. I was there five nights and it was quiet every night. The coffee machine in the lobby is very good quality and I loved the hot chocolate. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly.

It is a GREAT location for walking the city, shopping, sight-seeing etc. It's very close to walk from the train station. The Tourist Information Centre was only a few blocks away, from where one can do the hop on/hop off bus tour of the city. It's also a pleasant walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. We liked the spacious junior suite, all the staff, the convenient
location, the cleanliness, the reasonable price, the breakfast room, the
pool and the rooftop "lounge" area. I could walk right down to
the big department store, Hudson Bay, and to a cvs pharmacy for anything
that I might need to pick up. The people who cleaned the rooms did a
perfect job. It was very handy to have the kitchenette. It was also good
to have laundry facilities right off the gym. We found this place on the
Internet

We stayed at Le St-Martin Hotel Centre-ville as a special treat toward
the end of a trip that had us traveling long distances with

The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is incredible, being a boutique hotel, they really got it right with the design. The room was exactly as depicted in the descriptions. We loved the feel of the hotel and the way it had been renovated to keep the charm of the exposed bricks and stone. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Montreal and it is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, bars, art galleries, historic sights and the waterfront. Charming room with wonderful view of the river and parkway. Location perfect for exploring the old parts of Montreal. The breakfasts, in the hotels pub/restaurant, were so good that we decided to eat one of our dinners there too. We were not disappointed. The staff were extraordinary. We were greeted by Frederik who took care of our baggage then parked the car. Sylvie, the front desk person, helped us with numerous travel issues - small and large.

around city are convenient bike rentals where you can get a bike or drop off, can rent for day, picking up/drop off bike at different locations in city.
From hotel, it is a two hour roundtrip bike to the Chalet de Mont Royal, with spectacular view of city and the street the hotel is on ! -
