location - excellent for conference at the Palais des Congres as well as visiting the city centre and old town. There's a good fitness centre on 8th floor. Comfortable, clean and very quiet apartment with free wifi, good a/c and hot shower, laundry facilities with washer-dryer and dish washer including detergent. There's enough basic kitchen equipment for self-catering but no welcome tray or cupboard essentials such as olive oil or salt and pepper provided - however, there's a depaneur just up .
όλα τα σχόλια » Close proximity to downtown shopping, Chinatown, Old Port and other attractions. Well appointed with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Spacious layout. Included parking space was appreciated and useful. This is very handy to Palais des congress, easy to pop back between sessions. Some dishwasher and detergent are provided. The apartment was great and ideally located for our tourist visit. The location and apartments were fantastic. Location, value for money. Room size ,comfort. Design.confort. The location is perfect. Washer and Dryer. nothing! being picky I would suggest they provide a pint of milk in the fridge for your arrival and a coffee table in the lounge area as it would make it more comfortable when putting your feet up with a cup of tea and a good book after a busy day at Congress. Check in process could use improvement, for example clearer instructions regarding parking space assignment and better coordination between building concierge and Corporate Stays staff. The only con is that checkout is quite early at 10 and there is nowhere to leave your luggage if you have to fill in some time before your flight. Nothing, everything was fine. Nothing. If you understand from the beginning it's not a classic hotel and you are prepared to forego some of a hotels services eg 24 hour concierge, room service, daily maid. Then this place cannot be beat. I had a reservation for august 29 at 4 pm. I received the apt. At 7.15 .wasnt ready or nobody of corporate stays could come before. They said that they advised the entrance time is between 4 and 6. I booked the apt through Booking where it says is at 4. The apartment didn't any sort of services. Their head staff office aren't flexible. The apartment I got didn't have what was mentioned on their site while I was booking the apartment . I paid 75$ extra to extend my checkout from 11 am until 1 pm. The ac didn't work the furniture was horrible. The coach was falling apart. The service was poor. No local contact. I left a message and no reply.
