The hotel manager was super nice. The location of the apartment was within close proximity to everything - 10 min walk to the metro station and in the center of a commerce district. The accomodations were great for the price; cheaper than a hotel and much much larger! Towels and shampoo/soap were included, so no need to waste luggage space like I did by packing towels :). The location is excellent (Old Montreal) - a few minutes walk from Notre Dame Basilica, nice bars and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Kokila, our contact person, and the owner who has a gift shop down the street aroud the corner were so friendly. Will consider staying at the place again when we visit Montreal in the future.

Location was excellent - right beside a plethora or bars and food options - but not noisy at night. Recommended wholeheartedly. Very clean, nicely designed and appointed. Close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was amazing - kind and helpful. Enjoyed having our own little apartment with a great kitchen. if we are ever in Montreal will stay here again!. We loved the fact that this apartment was well located in the midst of old Montreal and offered space, and comfort for the 5 of us. It had plenty of room and comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms and a washroom for all of us. Fabulous location in nightclub, restaurant and bar district in Old Montreal. Great walking along the harbour front. 45 minutes to Mont Royal on foot so everything close. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. the appartments are verry nice,lots of space,location is excelent,verry nice kitchen,goos washing mashin. the linnen was clean, we were verry happy to stay at this location,thanks for that. The location of the building, easy access to the apartment, easy parking across the street, helpful manager, clean, beautiful, well stocked kitchen....everything was more than expected. Right next to the Old Port, Notre Dame Basilica, China Town, Downtown, Place Jacques-Cartier, Rue St. Paul Room has kitchen and washer/dryer Place is very clean Manager is adorable. perfect location...right in middle/walking distance of everything needed...restaurants, shopping, historical sites, Chinatown, Old Port, transportation Clean, modern, great views. The location combined with the value for money was great!!! The unit was very large and was almost too big for just the two of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Habitations is in the heart of Vieux-Montreal - dozens of restaurants were in easy walking distance, and the Old Port and waterfront parks were close at hand. The location could not be better for a tourist visit to Montreal. The apartment is everything you could want -- spacious, attractive, well-furnished. Easy access to great gallaries, cafe's, taxi service, river front shopping and Notre Dame. Accomodations were very good and comfortable. The location was perfect, the apartment was well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!. Amazing place to stay. In the heart of old Montreal. Clean and spacious apartments and very friendly staff. It is in a fabulous location in the heart of Old Montreal. We liked everything about it!. Location. Decor. Well equipped kitchen. Location again. Great location, great price, nice staff. Location, comfort, amenities. Everything. Wi-Fi provided, but it was pretty spotty in terms of speed and connectivity. Parking available around the area, but the cost needs to be factored in (approx. $15-16 per day). Limited parking. There could have been more crockery, specifically mugs for coffee and tea. Decor in lounge was a little tired e.g. Floral plastic arrangements. No staff on premises so you need to have door codes ahead of time. Staff member works in nearby shop. uppon arrival no ones is there to give you the key,they should put up a sign about the location of the key. the hotel has no parking,thers no public parking close by.the windows are dangerus for small kids that can fall out. be aware and dont leave them open when kids are there. Heat didn't work great the second day, but the manager had a simple solution. No hotel parking, but for the price, it compensates for it. Nothing. The door is kept locked, and the desk is not in sight of the door and not always manned. To gain initial access, you must call the desk, but your us cellphone account may not support calls in Canada. Not everything was in good repair, including most importantly the lock on the door to the apartment. No free parking, so pretty much added cost of taxi or walking to other parts of the city. Watch out for a few tourist trap restaurants. Nightlife is better in other parts of the city, but no biggie. There was no one on duty at the hotel at all times. No on-site reception (NB need to phone on arrival). No curtains in main room!. It is very centrally located so if you are looking for a quiet stay, this might not be the ideal place. Price (high, but probably fair). Nothing.
