I had a private room for a really good price, though small I had a fridge and lots of cupboards above the bed. Comfortable and quiet despite having a bar downstairs, soundproofing was very good couldn't hear other guests when in my room. We loved our stay in this hotel! We got a room with a private bathroom, and the room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel's staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great - was close to everything we needed in downtown. The price was great too! I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we are in Victoria.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. The hotel was beautiful, well done reno's, the lobby is gorgeous, we stayed in an older room with older t.v. and furnishings, but was everything we needed, we spent the only time in the room sleeping, so the bed was comfortable, clean and had free wi'fi, so I could post my pics on FB as we travelled, only thing I would request going forward, is coffee offered to guests that get up before 7:30 am, when breakfast is served, we are early risers, 7Eleven is 1/2 a block away, and was a nice walk in

We loved the ambience! There was a young man playing the sax right under
our window when we arrived and it was magical. When we entered the room
there was a wood smell from the fireplace. It was heaven! We totally

We stayed for the main reason that it was so close to Save on Foods Memorial for a concert & was very pleasantly surprised of what a nice hotel it was. Our room had a king size bed & it was so comfy & the pillows were to die for comfortable!!!!! Had breakfast the following morning at "Kitty's" & it was very good food. Next conce

The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. Room service was also really good. My son had brought his bike along on our trip and it was an expensive bike and he did not want to leave it in the van the guy working at the desk at night told him that he could bring the bike into the room, he was very accommodating.

rooms appeared clean and were comfortable. Breakfast was more than I expected and dinners were very good. Loved the gin and tonic drink too! Location was perfect. Most of all, the staff were all extra special, smiles, helpful and seemed to enjoy their job! -

we were in room 307 which was very nice. Hotel overall was comfortable except that the room was too warm. The small units in each level did not cool the room very well. I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed
