We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location in Yorkville was accessible to most of the attractions around Toronto. From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we
checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good
things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient
and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as
enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!
- It was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at!

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

this hotel had excelent facilities In the bedrooms( mini kitchen ,separate sitting area with plasma tv + usual bedroom facilities). our room was on the 15th floor and i loved the view from our picture window over toronto especially at night.The 2 hot tubs on the roof garden of the hotel was a touch of luxury! which we enjoyed. the staff were all

I contacted them in advance to arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room as a surprise. The time and care the staff and chef took to help make my boyfriend's birthday special was much appreciated. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit.

The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The
check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view.
The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room.

The room was spacious, and there was a separation between the bedroom and the "living room" area. 2 HD TVs with many channels. The bathroom was divided to 2 - one room with toilet and shower/bath, and the other spacious sink area.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. When checking in at the front desk, was
informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded
to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of
this gesture. We were in town for a family wedding and were able to
entertain guests in the suite comfortably in the sitting area

I like the Hyatt because it's close to Rogers Center, ACC, CN Tower etc. It is near fine dining and theater.
It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. The room was ready early and set up beautifully.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another
world. Everyone so helpful and polite. The Elite restaurant was
