The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

Excellent wifi. arrived on a sunday and told no apartment but actually there was. email sent regarding arrangements after i had left home for the airport so worth making contact via email prior to departure. to fheir credit company sorted accomodation for the night. perfect location for conference centre. gy

This hotel was one of the loveliest travel experiences I've ever had, and I've been all around the world. The hotel is gorgeous - the restaurants, spa, and especially bedroom were first class. The Custom King room was excellent! The kitchen was well equiped it came with plates and cups..Room service was also good I had to asked for Robes & they came & give it to us in the room. The room comes with a Jackuzzi :) and a fireplace;) The bed was so comfy! LOVE that the breakfast in the A.M is included so perfect -

It's a very smart hotel, perfect for a city trip; rooms cleverly designed for cleanliness. Fridge in room, and computer (+ wi-fi) - and although it failed to start initially, this only demonstrated the efficiency of the staff who got it going within 5 mins. Excellent location for metro, shopping, and eating out. (Try Brit et chips, just 5 mins awa

Loved the location and quiet hotel although full. Excellent security. Amazing shower. Fellow who worked the front desk was young but polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was easy and efficient. Good price for room. Computer in room was nice touch. Decor simple and nice (ie: washroom sink, shower, blinds). Very very very clean room. Immaculate. These are the reasons I would come back.

A luxury accommodation at a budget price. Stayed here for 3 nights, but would not have a problem staying for a week or longer. We were visiting mainly for the Mondial festival st the Palais Des Congres which was right accross the street. Other primary locations such as Old Montreal were very close as well. The large living space (over 700 sq feet)

Hotel Zero 1 was a very modern and classy hotel. We stayed at the
Suite for 149 per night which we thought was worth the price because
the room was very large and clean, with modern clean bathroom, and
microwave and fridge kitchenette unit complete with dishes, utensils,

Really well located, close to a lot of good restaurants (in the quartier
latin), more economic ones (in the quartier chinois), bars/night
life (mainly gay, in the village), to theaters, museums and other
cultural activities (in the quartier des spectacles), shopping (st
catherine street, not much), many tourism points (old montreal and
downtown tourist points are all in a walking distance) and public
transportation (all metro lines are in a walking distance and the bus
stop to/from the airport

All the staff were helpful and friendly.
The desk staff arranged trips, ordered taxis, gave excellent recommendations and booked restaurants.
The continental breakfast was superb, with a great choice and the staff very attentive in keeping everything well stocked and fresh.
Our room was lovely, large,comfortable and very well appointed.
The bar area was a very interesting place to relax, have a drink and meet up with people, the art work is brilliant.
