The owners are charming. Responded quickly to questions we emailed before we arrived. Room super clean, quiet, safe. Comfortable beds. Free Internet. The bathroom has an excellent spa shower with 6 spray heads. The water
pressure and temperature was very good. Also the bathroom was very
clean. The comfortable bed gave us 2 good nights sleep. The hotel is

Location, location, location.... In the heart of Quebec. We stayed in the recently remodeled room 36 on the 3rd floor. Small, but cozy and quiet. Steps were no problem. A/C is quiet. We took their package deal for one day only. It included 2 breakfasts and dinners with a bottle of wine @ Restaurant 1640 downstairs and 1 day paid parking. What a great deal! Food is delicious and service is outstanding. Information center is next door.
We definitely will stay there on our next trip.

I loved being in a historical building and yet all modern amenities were at my fingertips I liked having a valet because parking was an issue and understandably so in such a rich historical city. .Most importantly, the hostess unexpectedly, upgraded our room to the loft and I thought I was in heaven. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were contemporary, cleanand with everything you need. The bathrooms were fantastic. Location isamazing very near to old town and chateau frontenac, lots of nicerestaurants nearby. - The location is wonderful. You can walk out the door and every thing is within a five minute walk. The rates are great.

I was expecting a two star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe in relation to its luxury neighbouring hotel it is a 2 star but in my experience this hotel would be at least a 3 star. It's over 180 years old but you would never know it based on how immaculately clean it is. I would recommend this hotel over any generic Hilton or other inter

My flight was delayed and I arrived very late and the hotel staff was
kind enough to stay up and wait for me to arrive, then carried my 38 lb
bag up three flights of stairs to my room. The following day after I
checked out the staff allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel while I
shopped and had lunch, then called a cab to take me to the cruise port.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay and hope
to return for another stay in the future.

This is a delightful place right in the heart of Vieux-Quebec. My room
was quite small but comfortable, with plenty of storage space. You need
to be able to deal with stairs, but the staff are very obliging helping
with luggage. Free coffee is available at breakfast time, and there is a
discount arrangement for breakfast in a nearby cafe. I found it an
excellent base for a few days' stay.

Nice large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (bonus) -
・The room and hotel have romantic atmosphere.
・Accessible location (easy to go anywhere in Old Town)
・Staff were very friendly and helpful. They told us must-see places when we checked in.
・There is a small hill near the hotel and the view from this hill is one of the best.
・Breakfast is included.
・We did have a really nice stay with a bathtub.
