I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. And having two porches was definitely a bonus. :) The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. All in all it was a great choice for us to stay at Glen Grove Conse

The Condo Staff were excellent!!! After having a bit of difficulty
checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us
had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very
heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that
hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called
us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered
relief for our situation.

Location, design, staff and linens, room design was great, uniquely different. Appreciated the upgrade and will definitely stay again. I have stayed at the Sheraton and Hyatt. This hotel is not that but it was a great value or the money, will stay again. It had the comfort of a bed and breakfast with your own facilities, and a wonderful full service restaurant

The hotel is well situated - far enough from the reconstruction area, but only several minutes away from the reailway and bus stations, on a shopping street which is very quiet at night time. LOVED the bed - I could have stayed there all weekend LOL
The staff was helpful and friendly even when they were facing 20+ teenagers yelling at them on the Thursday night - they seemed to handle themselves well and one of the guys whisked the guests up a separate elevator to avoid the onslaught of teens waiting at the first elevator. I would def

Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. Excellent location. Within walking distance of major theatres, CN Tower, Rogers Centre and subway. One bedroom suite was very large, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
