Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.

I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto
our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though
we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I
didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that
charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well
- check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between
romance, luxury and city trip.

The owner of the Motel, Emilia makes you feel like a best friend staying at her house. She was always helpful and available if something was needed. The room was extremely clean. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the area. The mattress, pillows and sheets were of high quality. (Almost as comfortable as the Westin). The room was tastefully decorated.
