I enjoyed the pool and way it was set up., particularly as it was divided into in essence a shallow and deep pool. Very good for young children. The hot tub was also a great addition. While the water was warm.
I liked the fact that you had two internet connected computers easily accessible.
The ad for pizza & drinks for $16.00 was a good

Steven at the front desk was VERY helpful. He set up our internet in the room on the laptop. He was very busy helping other people as well. A very good employee. Very informative also.

The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.
The beds and pillows are the best. -

I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold
Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. It was perfect having the desk space as I could set up and work there during the evening. The couch was perfect for watching TV rather than having to sit/lie on the bed. The location was perfect -- halfway between my son's apartment (university student) and the Byward Market. The hotel is "hidden from view" as it were. It is a bit out of the way (and close to a somewhat run down area), yet in reality, super-close to everything that matters in downtown Ottawa, and easy access to transportation. So, lesser known which gives it a good price for an excellent location. And rooms spacious for the size. Young staff very helpful and polite.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. - Day clerk very helpful.

I was very impressed with the front desk assistance. I had booked with letsbookhotel.com, left my full name on the information yet somehow letsbookhotel.com had my first name as my last name and N/A as my first. Bryan at the front desk couldn't find me in the computer due to this fact and took the time to phone letsbookhotel.com to get what extra

I really enjoyed the king size bed. The room was quiet and clean.
The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.

The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Parliament Hill, shopping and restaurants. Cabs were available at the door. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.
Pool was great and the right temp. for swimmin laps.

The familiarity of the rooms, being a university residence, as our son just graduated one year ago from an Ottawa University. I really liked the ability to just relax and have the full-sized fridge. The bathroom is great for a travelling person or couple.
I also felt good about the dead-bolt lock on the doors; not just for myself but for student

I felt secure in the building, staff were all friendly and helpful. The firm foam bed, had a great sleep on it. They stored a package that was too cumbersome to take on another leg of my trip till I got back to fly home. Very accommodating of them.

The hotel absolutely accommodated my somewhat specific requests about not having a room close to elevator, ice machine, not having an adjoining room and otherwise potentially noisy areas. The result was a fabulously quiet and relaxing 5-day stay. -

It's centric. My room and my bed were big. Good/affordable meals. - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierre who was working the front desk on Dec 31st and Jan 1st he was outstanding in his customer service. Our interaction with Pierre made the trip memorable.

First they upgraded room to a room we didnt like...Everything was straighten out and Wife and I enjoyed our stay...Staff was excellent...I believe guy name Cody...great Job from Aug 24 -
Suite was very spacious... paid for a studio but got a full one bedroom apartment for $100 / night.
