The agreement must be signed before the check-in date. Please note, a damage deposit will be charged at least 1 day prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable pending possible damages. Monday-Saturday 0900 - 1800 Suite 300-160 Quarry Park Blvd. SE, Calgary, AB T2C 3G5 Please note that a fee of CAD 40 applies for early check-ins and late check-outs, based on availability. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform FastLane Suites in Rouleau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of CAD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
