Our family pet came with us,and during our meals at the Bistro, the staff at the front desk looked after our dog. It was a fantastic service that I wish more hotels offered. The bistro was a 4 star meal. We had a dinner and breakfast and both were some of the best meals we have ever had in Banff. -

It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.

The place was really well kept, and spacious. great location. - the room had a nice view, the hotel has a great location. There was no luxury but the room had all the comfort.

Bus Service outside the door, sauna and jacuzzi. - The location downtown, we had a dinner on the Friday night and didn't want to drive back home to Cochrane after the dinner.

We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly
surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our
suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything
that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts ,
basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo

hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and
customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job
everyone. -
It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were
plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a
great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were
great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of
staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast
was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

Small hotel but gorgeous, located at 5 min. walk from the downtown. Excellent staff, Julia and the other 2 girls. Nice breakfast, coffee & Tea available all day.

Given a guided tour on arrival. Can make tea/coffee as you want. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi free and easily accessible. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast plentiful, organic, fresh and tasty. Gorgeous locally baked multi grain bread. Very relaxed. Enough car parking. Lovely surroundings at the edge of Bannf but just 5 minute walk to downtown shopping. Price reasonable for a tourist haven.

We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters
mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were
met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with
a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always

The location was close to everything we had planned with a great view of
the mountains. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but the bed in
our king loft suite was awesome. The suite also had balcony so we could
sit outside. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of
driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast
was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and
yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly
stay in
