Large comfortable rooms. Ultra clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful
indoor pool area with large hot tub. Awesome location in downtown Banff,
within walking distance to everything in town. Parking underneath the
lodge, in a town where there is little to no parking. -

the view of the mountains is extraordinary. the conference was in the hotel so easy access. The underground parking and again easy walking access to everything. the sink outside of the bathroom was great as well as the little fridge.

We love what Douglas Fir has to offer our two Granddaughters in terms of facilities(the pool, hot tub and play park).
We had a one bedroom chalet which was perfect for us and Douglas Fir provided a playpen and highchair, which meant we did not have to pack them in the car.
We love being able to take the bus for free, and we love the friendly staf

The Waterslides and Indoor Playground were BIG hits with the kids!! The fireplace and free wood were most welcome. The surprisingly convenient and well-stocked store on site was also a welcome convenience. The full kitchen and nearby parking were very handy. The location is far enough from town that it is quiet at night, but a close bus ride, short drive, or half hour walk away from the Resort.

Large room, beautiful view from our balcony, quiet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast coupons, and with the meager 7.35 extra charge, all the bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns you wanted. Ideal for families with children. Would return anytime...Staff very friendly! -

The room size, it was awesome and down duvets and view were spectacular.
Very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we checked in, said we
could leave our bags in store room. When we went down to get them from
the parkade, a porter came and found us and told us that the clerk had a
room ready for us. I left him a $3 tip at the front desk with

Great location in Banff! We arrived only to find out I had made our booking for the following month! The manager was really kind and helpful and was able to find us a room even on a busy Family Day long weekend.
Having underground parking was a big plus after a night of snow and having so many food & pub choices within walking distance was also a big draw.

The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price. Banff is stunning, go there, you have to experience it once in your lifeti

Indoor parking with easy access to room by elevator.
Good restaurant, open quite late even mid-week.
Mid-week rates very good value.
Cosy, comfortable lobby.
Very large bedroom room and bathroom, both very comfortable.
Excellent king bed with two night tables--a big plus.

Great location, nice daylight basement studio apartment. Everything our family needed. Close to downtown and a
grocery store. Saved a lot of money because we had a kitchen. -
Location, budget friendly and that a group of friends can gather in a suite to chat etc.
Understanding staff that put our suites next door to each other.
