Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast at reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the gracious booking of the shuttle bus back to the airport and by the elderly gentleman who was able to retrieve my luggage and wait for me until the arrival of the shuttle bus. The hotel was convenient to all of the Winterlude activities. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. -

The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Parliament Hill, shopping and restaurants. Cabs were available at the door. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.
Pool was great and the right temp. for swimmin laps.

The hotel was very nice and very close to the castle and the downtown. It has very good baby room and facilities for sport (pool and gym). Room was perfect also. We spendt there 2 nights and everything was all right. -

Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

The accommodations were impecable, only $40 more than a cubicle motel
room but all the luxury. The location was great, right downtown, and
within easy walking istance to everything. Had a wonderful time and the
bed was extremely comfortable. -

The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.
The beds and pillows are the best. -

I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold
Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and
newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The every one of the staff members
were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The
location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill
is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and
you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

Our hostess went out of her way to be helpful with directions and
recommendations. Major sites such as the market and parliament buildings
were within easy walking distance. Parking was included. The breakfast
was tasty and nicely presented, the room and bed comfortable with extra,
thoughtful touches. -

Almost everything! Location astonishing if you plan to visit Ottawa on foot. Very easy and highly recommended. Great mixed breakfast provided! Everything was perfect! Clean as you pretend a room has to be. Indeed great choice! Ottawa as capital of Canada is nice city to visit and this place has all conditions for a great journey there. -
