Almost every week I am staying in 4 or 5 stars hotels all around Europe
but - this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff were
extremely nice and helpful, design of the bar and restaurant was
outstanding, comfort and design of the room were extraordinary. Quality

The hotel design is superb and innovative (to me at least). The mattress is very comfortable. The room is spacious, light and luxurious. There were 2 complimentary water bottles. Everything else is paid - espresso, cappuccino, tea, the maxi bar. The slippers and bathrobe are useful when going to the spa. The bar/restaurant chef is out of this world - everything is delicious, tempting and with high-quality ingredients.

The quality of the staff was excellent, they were always friendly and helpfull. Also, the airport pickup and dropoff service was very useful and the driver was very friendly. - Clean and quiet. The park opposite is very pleasant and has a few nice restaurants. The collection service from the airport was efficient and reasonably priced.

Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in).
The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.
Overall, great price/quality ratio, but some improvement can be made. -

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city. A very good
function of price and location. Recommended for those who plan to spend
