I stay in many hotels both for leisure and business and the staff were
perfect. The reception staff were faultless and very helpful and
friendly. The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it
because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking
place outside and with directions. Very nice. -

I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel. It was such a nice touch.

Very modern, excellent staff and the restaurant/breakfast was very good. Breakfast is NOT buffet style.
Rooms clean and comfortable.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the interactive staff spoke excellent English.
The bathroom was beautifully clean. After a night in Hong Kong Regal Airport Hotel at 130 Euros, no breakfast and a grubby bathroom, I couldn't be more delighted.
This hotel is suitable for anyone who needs a quiet, reasonably priced hotel; fantastic value for money.

Don't think that it is far away from the city. It's just 10 mins. away from the city center(by taxi 8 lev). And sofia is so tiny, you can go anywhere by taxi just in few minutes and maximum cost is 15 lev. Hotel is very close the airport. By taxi 4 lev. and 5 minutes. Hotel is brand-new. Very clean. καινουργιοι χωροι, πολυ καλα τα δωματια, τελεια εξυπηρετηση - Excellent hotel and service. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the restaurant is vey nice. A good choice specially for business. Airport shuttle service works very well. - We stay in hotels muts, but this was super!!! The restaurant was very good.
