It was great value for the money and great location for us (we attended an event in South Park). We were allowed to bring our two dogs without an extra charge. 11th floor also had a great view! -

I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. We particularly liked big, well-equiped rooms and very good breakfast. The standard of the hotel seems to be much higher than three stars.
The hotel is located 4 minutes walk to the closest metro station and the metro takes you to the center in two minutes. Safe private parking. -
