  The rooms are enormous! The staff is very, very polite! The hotel is nicely designed with good decorations, luxurious bath, large mini-bar (can easily fit your own purchase for quick chill before) The reception was polite enough to let me borrow a power socket adaptor! Excellent rooms that were spotless. The bathroom was fantastic. Wireless was very good.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  I liked everything, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel.
