What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο ,το ξενοδοχειο πολυ καθαρο γενικα πολυκαλη επιλογη - The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly.

They are young and enthusiastic, and very anxious that guests enjoy their stay. They did everything they possibly could to help. The location is great. Another thing I really liked was the cleanliness of the hotel; it was exceptionally good.

I stay in many hotels both for leisure and business and the staff were
perfect. The reception staff were faultless and very helpful and
friendly. The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it
because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking
place outside and with directions. Very nice. -

Really nice apartment, large and clean, definitely to be recommended: Short walking distance from the major tourist attractions and at the same time quiet place to relax, beautifully decorated rooms (even with fresh flowers and fruits). The very warm welcome by the owners. -

Very good in all services and the location is right near the center but still very quiet - Very kind and helpful staff ! Clean and luxurious room. Close to City Center. Peaceful location. I was completely satisfied. - extremely friendly people, quick responding to requests, etc. Perfect!

Everything was wonderful ! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of traditional and international dishes so that it can cater everyone's needs. We stayed at one of the Executive Suite offering majestic views over Sofia !
I would highly recommend Hilton for business and pleasure. -

Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού και η καθαριότητα των δωματίων.Μας έκανε εντύπωση οτι συμμαζέυουν τα δωμάτια δυο φορε΄ς την ημέρα.Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν φανταστικό - Η ανεση και καθαριοτητα-η αψογη συμπεριφορα του πρωσοπικου και το γεγονος οτι το ξενοδοχειο παρεχει ολες τις υποδομες και ευκολιες
