The beautiful rooms at Pousada Enseada do Jatobá have large windows and plenty of natural light. With nice wooden floors and classical décor, they include a private bathroom, TV and fan.
Buffet breakfast is served in a room with garden views. It includes tropical fruit, fresh juice, breads and cakes. After eating, guests can relax next to the fireplace or sit in a hammock by the garden.
Gay-friendly Enseada do Jatobá guesthouse is situated 100 metres from BR-101 Road and 5 km from Paraty Bus Station. It offers the option of being closed to outside guests in the case of exclusive events such as private birthday parties.

Beautiful place run by a charming and wonderfully welcoming family. The setting is delightful with lush vegetation, flowers, grand old trees and singing birds all around, plus access to a tranquil, attractive and private bay. The building and rooms are beautifully decorated inside with lovely art, books and vases full of flowers everywhere. We had a really relaxing time time enjoying the gardens, pool and good breakfast. This place is great, fantastic garden, nice swimming pool beautifully decorated although rooms are the family extremely friendly and secluded beach where you can swim at high tide or just sit on the dock..
Amazing stay here. Such warm and welcoming hospitality by Beth and staff. Location is heavenly and pousada was simply charming. Absolute value for money, loved every minute.

The house of the pousada is beautiful, the staff lovely, the breakfast amazing and the location on a small private beach very romantic.

almost nothing maybe the fact that it is a bit close to the main road disturbing the wonders of tropical sounds...
No wi-fi Internet (accordingly to the manager it will be nearly instaled), lack of parking.
We got two rooms in the back of the house that were small, very humid, my father couldn't sleep during two nights because of the mattress and humidity and my room was beside the kitchen/breakfast room so every morning I was awaken before 8am because of the noise.
The other rooms seemed very beautiful but I do not recommend to stay in the two back rooms. ask for a room with view on the sea.

Travelling information
PLEASE AVOID HIGHWAY RJ-165 (PARATY-CUNHA)
Highway RJ-165 is one of the options to get to Paraty. If you travel by car, the GPS route will take you through the town of Cunha. However, this highway is in very bad condition and presents serious danger to drivers.
A safer alternative to reach Paraty is the route via HIGHWAY SP-099 (TAMOIOS), going through the town of Caraguatatuba. You can check the complete route in Google maps.
