the breakfast, and dinners at the hotel. the stand up shower with glass doors, the staff, the mall next door, the computers in the lobby, this is al well run fancy hotel in Manaus. -

The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient. this hotel is always consistent in its services. it has very good options for meals and other services located onsite. it is above average for comfort and cleanliness. -
The breakfast is very good and delicious, I enjoy it very much, I will stay in the hotel again when I was in Manaus next time

This hotel is quite luxurious to Brazilian standards. The staff is friendly and the breakfast good. The rooms offers a nice view on the city and the river and contain good a/c. Apart from that, this hotel is very close to downtown and the theatre. -

Front desk staff were very very helpful and very obliging. We were on
route to the Amazon for a 3 day trip and spent 2 nights stopover at Park
Suites. We were upgraded to a huge room overlooking the river and had a

I booked at the last minute and found the hotel to be a great location, close to the airport and also very close to Opera house and old city center of Manaus.
It is a good price and convenient for travelers coming to Manaus as a start and finish to a jungle tour.
