It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ea).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

We have stayed at L'hotel several times. It is a friendly place to return to - also very clean and posh. I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! -

The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. The staff is friendly and accomodating. -

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged everything from airport transfer to recommending which restaurants to try. Much appreciated. Lovely location with adequate facilities and close to many restaurants and shopping.

The really big space of the apartments, the balcony with nice views, the quiet, the full breakfast with nearby everything and last but not least the friendly staff of this special place in the heart of Sao Paulo. On my future visits I will stay again in this hotel, my favourite hotel in Sao Paulo!

The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. At night I found chocolates and 2 bottles of water complimentary, very kind!I do recommend and I will stay there again in a future trip to Sao Paulo. I would classify
