  πολυ φιλικοι-ευγενικοι και με καλο σερβις και εχει την καλυτερη θεα στην κοπακαμπανα με διαφορα απο αλλα πιο επωνυμα ξενοδοχεια και επειδη εχουμε μεινη και σε ελα στο ριο εχουμε αποψη!!!!! - An excellent hotel, with probably the best views in Copacabana, specially at the higher levels. I was at the 27th floor and with a view over the Pao de AÇucar ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » from the bed itself, amazing. Excellent light and very confortable bed and room. Situated close to the middle of the Copacabana bay, it is greatly located. - loved it was right on the beach, and that the hotel was very clean . The management was excellent ans it felt very safe and secure

  From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!) and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac... τι λέει ο κόσμος » h. Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night at the - Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture. Spacious reception area fantastic sea view if you get any of the front rooms perfect location very good housekeeping service
