This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

Convenient location, close to República metro station and airport shuttle bus terminus. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, including "hot" water that really was hot enough to make tea. -

The street was very loud but my room was very silent. Staffs were very kind. -

The rooms are well equiped with all you need for a long staying.
My favorite place to stay in Sao Paulo -
Hotel has very nice location, many good restaurants are located in few steps! It also has amazing view from windows to the skyscrapers! Clean and friendly place!

I think the Ramada offers brilliant value for money and a facility that is of a high standard relative to other hotels nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! First world travellers generally have high expectations and this hotel did fine - it's not super mode

The hostel's at an excellent, safe location: next to Paulista Avenue and a subway station, and at walking distance to Ibirapuera Park and Augusta Street. They serve a hearty, fresh breakfast with fruits and good coffee. Great hot, strong showers! Clean place. -

The staff were very helpful, spoke English and were friendly. Breakfast was good with a very acceptable range of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices and sweets, plus a variable hot option along with omlettes to order. Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. Every morning i got up early and took shower. Breakfast was awesome.1 hour is not enough for this amazing breakfast.. 10 points goes to Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel from Turkey..
