  Everything! The hotel had arranged for airport pick-up although I had to phone them from Rio. Got there fairly late but due to the hotel booking service moving their office to Rio, the hotel had no booking for us.   The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia).
