The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and secure. Cleanliness very new. Clean. Quite and clean. Nice place. The room we reserved via letsbookhotel.com was not available because of a remodel that the hotel was going through. The staff was helpful to accommodate our group, but we lost several hours. Internet connection is really slow when works.

Important information to guests

The Sun only offers rooms with double beds. Single beds are not available. There is a vending machine with drinks at reception. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID. According to Article 49 of Law 8.078/90, the client may withdraw this reservation at no cost, within 7 (seven) days from the acceptance of these conditions and effective booking date. Thereafter, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In case the credit card charge does not go through and/or is unauthorized by the credit card administrator, the guest will be contacted, only once, to submit a new credit card to reattempt the charge. Guest must present new credit card within 24-hours after contact and this new card must always belong to one of the guests. If the guest cannot be contacted because of an error in contact information or email address, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
