The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a nice view over the river from the balcony. Superbly placed for access to the centre of Antwerp, and easy to find from the motorway. We enjoined our stay very much. This hotel is really special, I've never been to a smaller one. However, everything was perfect, nice interior, stunning view, location close to antique shops and very good family style service.
The breakfast served on the room was the icing on the cake.

I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!

Very spacious and quiet room, extra large and extremely comfortable bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). We loved the vintage / antique decoration and the fact that the room had no TV contributed to the vintage-feel. We were instantly felt welcome by the friendly accommodating staff. The breakfast the following morning was of good quality and served in our room provided a lot more privacy - great when travelling with children. The central location as well as the assiatance with the parking.
With a right hand drive car on the continent the helpfulness of the parking gent and the property owner in getting out of the car park was most appreciated.
With the accomodation being centrally located access to the city was excellent on foot.
It was confortable and the idea that some items would be already in the fridge and some tea/coffee being available was excellent.
