Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. Ik vond het een super hotel. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

The location is excellent. I brought a relative to Leuven while I worked and this is a perfect place to stay. Leuven is a university town it is filled with restaurants, young people and energy. -
The location is excellent when you travel by train or bus and have business to do in Leuven
The rooms are clean, a lot of space, excellent bathroom.
breakfast is good.
The admosphere is a bit 'maigret'like, also because on the floor there is a cafe and the square outside is full of busy terraces. You would expect that on this location there is much noise in the night but this is not the case. It is rather quite in fact.

This hotel in its marketing narrative claims to simply offer clean,comfortable rooms for "budget" travellers. This it exactly what you get.The rooms are basic but very clean and a very good breakfast isprovided. Staff are friendly and most helpful. Extremely friendly staff. We didn't arrive until 0100 and the staff were extremely accomodating, arranging for someone to be there to let us in and show us to our room. Room was clean and in very accessible area. Breakfast was good. - Friendliness of staff and location

Excellent business hotel, and just on the outskirts of Leuven for the City visitor. Staff are first class. The bed is among the most comfortable I have ever slept in, in a hotel. Rooms spotless, WiFi is excellent and always works. No complaints about this hotel. In fact it is so good I have arranged for all my travel to Belgium to be based there.

Forget the corporate hotels who hire pretty young things with no people
skills or commitment to hospitality as a profession... Peter is a
terrific host, he really cares about the comfort of his guests. The room
was spacious and quaint, lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was

Going out for the day and then returning to a quiet room in which one has whatever is needed. - The room and all it came with was very good, very comfortable!!! The water was hot and I found everything I needed for a calm stay.

The hotel is very comfotable and has a nice atmosphere. The distance to the centre of Leuven is very good, about appr. 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and really big, even a balcony! Breakfast was good. - Easy access from highway, clean large room, helpful staff, convenient underground parking, close to all Leuven city sights and shopping

Everything was first class and we had a great stay. We liked everything. The friendliness, helpful, very honest people who couldn't do enough for you, the service feels family run (which it is). You could'nt be closer to central Leuven = the most elegant three star hotel we have stayed in Leuven. Good sized quiet room with double bed. breakfast was
