  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The hotel itself is in a very good area for sightseeing in the Brussels area.

We will certainly return - thank you! - This was our second stay at Residence Grand Place and it was as perfect as the first. The staff were absolutely charming and extremely helpful. For a family visiting Brussels this is the most perfect hotel; with a perfect view of one of the most beautiful places in Europe, it is second to none in our extensive experience of hotels and apartments.

  It's a great location and the room we had was really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. Nice decor, spotlessly clean, opening windows and very comfortable.
