It's a great location and the room we had was really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. Nice decor, spotlessly clean, opening windows and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Room was neat and tidy and maid service was first class with great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic choice and very helpful staff. GREAT LOCATION! If you're going to be in Brussels, STAY HERE! Walk to the train station, steps to the square, plenty of restaurants and markets, right in the heart of it all. Very clean, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great host! Can’t complain one bit. -

If you want a very good hotel that is close to the center of Brussels and public transportation, and also on a relatively quiet street, this is the one. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out
the front of the building with a balcony.

When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

Το Hotel Orts είναι ένα boutique ξενοδοχείο κοντά στο σταθμό La Bourse του μετρό και σε απόσταση 400μ. από τη Grand Place. Προσφέρει καλά εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι.

The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.
