Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. This was definitely good value for money, me and my daughters (18 and 21)

They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. We loved the style and decor of the flat - spacious and very close (within easy walking distance) to Grand Place. Although very central no outside noise could be heard from the bedroom so combined with a very comfy bed,this made for a great night sleep. The owner was polite and helpful and we would recommend the flat as a great base to explore Brussels.

If you want a very good hotel that is close to the center of Brussels and public transportation, and also on a relatively quiet street, this is the one. This "hotel" will be the best place for people willing to forget about their car or other transportation and enjoy visiting Brussels by walk ;-) -- there is a closed several floors parking near the hotel (15euros/day), just leave your car there.. I stayed with a big group there. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is excellent. You are wake distance from the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. You have nice restaurants and bars as well. The owner is very friendly. We loved it! We will definitely stay there again.
