The hotel and the rooms are modern with the proper basic equipment you
would expect in a hotel. The windows are sound proof. The location is
convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two
days only. There is possibility for private parking at the hotel for 10€
per night, or on the street in "Clos du Lynx" behind the hotel

Htan koda se metro kai se 4' eimastan sth kedrikh plateia - rooms are good, location is quite, close to nice bars and good green walking area near EU, close to the airport bus (which stops on Frank street), so you don't need to walk to Shuman metro to catch it - Very friendly staff and ready to help. I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

- i wished sleeping in this area and found a 40 euro single room and 45 double -> perfect
- staff was very professional and proactive - not so common.
- rich breakfast at set time in the room (actually found it outside at 6 am since I was busy, perfect)
- there was a problem but it has been addressed: had to change rooms as heating was not work

I have been staying there regularly for years as it is by far the most comfrtable hotel in Brussels. Very good location, just 3 minutes from metro station Shuman. You can easily get the city center for 5 minutes. I'm pleased to stay in this hotel and recomend it for everyone. - The room, the sauna, the food (dinner) and the breakfast.

The hotel is very nice, even excellent as regards the rooms, the
breakfast and the location (in the European district). The eco-friendly
character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay
and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of
internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding
pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.
