It's a great location and the room we had was really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. Nice decor, spotlessly clean, opening windows and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. - professional staff, best location

When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

Kind staff, eager to please.
The room had just been redecorated; all new and fresh.
No extra charge for parking underneath the hotel.
Breakfast was very good. - It was very friendly and the location was brilliant, great for public transport and taxis. The secure parking is a must and everyting was great
